The Bing, The Bang, and The Bongo
The Bing, The Bang, and The Bongo is a 5-paragraph writing tool that I have used in my classroom to teach how to write a 5-paragraph essay. This tool is really great because it breaks down the 5-paragraph format in an easy way that helps students to understand and begin writing. One of my favorite parts of teaching using this tool is that the students have a blast with relating the words, The Bing, The Bang, and The Bongo, back to their writing.
